Give us the report reference and the findings your developer has fixed. We rerun the original steps and report what changed.

Your Website Launch QA includes one retest of up to five reported fixes, requested within seven days of the report and reported within two business days of your request. Focused Website Check includes one retest of up to 2 reported fixes. Website Launch QA and 24-Hour Launch QA include one retest of up to 5 reported fixes. The Agency QA Plan includes one retest of up to 5 fixes per check. Any earlier order keeps the retest terms it was bought under. We confirm eligibility and access by email; this draft does not reserve a run or extend the allowance.

You can also reply to your original report email with these details. Use business URLs and synthetic test data only. Do not enter passwords, secret links, personal data or customer records. The draft stays in this browser until you copy it or open your email app; nothing is sent automatically.
