Each check covers one site, up to 10 pages and 2 Client Perspective Checks of up to 5 visitor steps each. Includes findings with severity, reproduction steps and screenshots, a handoff summary and one retest of up to 5 reported fixes.
Use your five checks across up to three enrolled sites in each paid month. Every enrolled site receives at least one check from that allowance, including months without update notices. Unused checks do not roll over.
Each report is due within 2 business days of a complete authorized request and working access. Retests must be requested within 7 days of the report and are delivered within 2 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays.
AI-search readiness and 24-hour delivery are excluded from the monthly plan.
The plan renews monthly. Cancel before your next billing date to stop renewal at the end of the paid month. Any month with a promised check report late or missed for a reason within our control is refunded in full on request. Existing subscriptions keep their original agreed terms.
We use a mix of physical devices, emulators and simulated screen sizes. We confirm which method applies to each agreed browser and device configuration before testing, and identify it in your report.
We agree the browser versions, operating systems and device configurations for your project before testing. Your report lists the configurations tested and any coverage gaps.
After payment, send written authorization from someone with authority over the site, the page URLs and the Client Perspective Checks you want covered. We arrange a secure method for staging access when needed; never email passwords.
Prepare your scopeFull refund on request if the initial report is late for a reason within our control, if we decline or cannot safely do the agreed scope, or if you cancel before testing starts. Wrong or duplicate charges are refunded in full. Refunds of fees paid are the remedy for a late or missed report; liability does not exceed the fees paid for the order, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Read service policiesNo security audit, accessibility or compliance certification, fixes or implementation, completed purchases, sign-ups, real messages or form submissions, or load testing. Coverage is limited to the agreed configurations; testing does not prove a site is bug-free.
